Sales & Shipping Policy

Shipping Your Product :

We ship direct from our manufacturing plant in Hidd Industrial Investment Park, Bahrain.

When Will It Ship?:

This depends on whether or not it is a custom order that is built to your drawings or an item we stock, in either case items will be shipped as quickly as possible from the factory which is in close proximity to both the Sea Ports and Airports. If a custom-made item will take more then two days to build we will contact you as to its shipping date.

How soon can I receive my part?:

Once shipped transit times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. You will need to contact our office to arrange your shipping method, ground orders for items in stock can usually be delivered nationwide within 24 hrs.

Orders in our delivery area:

If your order is within our delivery area, with given exact address (GPS), delivery times and contact phone number for our driver. We will determine if this method is a cost savings to you or whether you are better served via our normal shipping company. Also, orders can be delivered to the job place if requested. We make every effort to serve our customers needs.

Lost Package:

If your tracking number states that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please call our office and we will open a claim with the shipping company.

Return Of Shipment:

You will need to call our office and get a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#). Our office number: (+973) 17 675 599. Orders sent back without a valid RMA# will be refused on delivery and sent back at the shipper’s expense.

Damaged Freight:

All orders claiming to be damaged in shipment must be reported to one of our customer support representatives within 3 days from the date of delivery. Orders claiming to be damaged after that period will not be addressed.

Orders Subject To Change:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. Customer will be contacted and advised as to the reason. (I.E. Pricing errors, Out of delivery area, Product availability, etc.)

Product Warranty :



Due to the constant changing price of metal and other materials used in manufacturing our products, you will need to call (+973) 17 675 599 or fax (+973) 17 675 800 us for pricing of your order. We will fax or call you back the cost and approximate shipping charges.

Items We Manufacture:

We manufacture many parts used in HVAC installations. Therefor, this website lists just a sample of what we make and sell. We take pride in building the parts you need to make the best possible installations for your customers. We use quality materials and we make all our parts according to high standards we have in our manufacturing. If there is a part you would like made especially for your installing practices please contact us.

Special Considerations Regarding Your Order:

Every effort will be taken to get your order out as quickly as possible. Any delays we will notify you. Returned parts must be received within 10 days of the original date of sale. After that 10-day period, parts are NOT refundable for any reason. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt, as well as an RMA number, which is issued by our office. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All specialties made parts and/or custom made parts built according to your drawing or specifications are NOT returnable. If the error in building your custom part is ours we will request a copy of the drawing or specifications you sent us. If it is our error we will build the part to your specifications again and ship it as soon as possible with no further cost to you. We are here to service our customers and your satisfaction with our products is our goal. We take pride in being a consistently reliable supplier in your business.
